A few documents a month
The free plan is enough for occasional jobs such as turning an application into one PDF or merging two contracts. 3 jobs a day and 15 MB per file cover most of them.

Scans, invoices and reports every day
If you do accounting, legal or purchasing work and merge documents daily, you will hit the daily limit. Premium has no limit, 100 MB per file and 20 files at a time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. Open the page and choose your file. Your browser only receives a session cookie that ties your jobs to you. Signing in is only for Premium and for using your account in more than one browser.
How is the daily limit counted?
Jobs you started in the last 24 hours are counted; you do not have to wait for a calendar day. Jobs that fail or that you cancel are not counted and are given back. On the free plan the limit is 3 jobs a day.
What does “unlimited” mean on Premium?
We do not cap the number of daily jobs. To protect the system from automated abuse there is a fair-use ceiling of 500 jobs a day per account; real use never reaches it.
How is the yearly plan billed?
With the yearly option you pay €35.88 once, valid for 12 months, which works out to €2.99 a month. With the monthly option you are billed €4.99 each month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The “Manage subscription” button on the My account page takes you to the payment portal. After you cancel, Premium continues until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
Where are my card details stored?
Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card number never reaches DocsWO servers; we only keep your subscription status and the period end date.
How long are my files kept?
Files you upload are deleted automatically within 24 hours and result files within 2 hours. As soon as a job finishes you can delete everything right away with “Delete files now”. Your files are used only for the job you choose.
Does Premium also work in the mobile app?
For now Premium applies to this website. Using the same account in the mobile app is being prepared; we will announce it on this page when it opens.
