Terms of Use

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the DocsWO site at docswo.com and the document tools it provides (the "Service"). The Service is provided by GRAFIT 2025 EOOD, established in Bulgaria ("we").

By using the Service you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Service. How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

What the Service does

DocsWO is a set of online tools that perform document operations on our servers with the files you upload from your browser: merging, splitting and rotating PDFs, organising pages, deleting and extracting pages, creating a PDF from images and scanning a document photo into a PDF. Tools shown as "Coming soon" on the site are not available yet.

• When a job finishes, the result file is made available for you to download and is deleted 2 hours after it is created.
• Uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours. You can delete them sooner with the "Delete files now" button.
• Deleted files cannot be recovered. We do not keep backups of your files; keep your original files yourself.

Account

You can use the free plan without an account. If you create an account, you sign in with a single-use link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your account; if you believe your account has been used without permission, write to info@docswo.com straight away.

Plans and limits

On the free plan you can run up to 3 jobs per day and upload up to 5 files per job and up to 15 MB per file. Current plans and limits are on the Pricing page; tool-specific technical limits (for example page count) are shown on the tool screen.

We may change plan limits and features; the current version is always on the Pricing page.

Paid plans and payment

Paid plans cannot be purchased yet. When purchasing opens, the terms on price, billing, renewal, cancellation and the right of withdrawal will be added to these Terms and shown to you before you buy. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Your content

• You keep all rights in the files you upload and the results you create.
• You allow us to process your files only to perform the operation you choose, provide the result to you and then delete them, limited to that period.
• You confirm that you have the right to process the files you upload and that they do not violate the law or the rights of others.
• We do not review file content in advance. When we receive a notice of unlawful content, we act as the law requires.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for:

• an unlawful purpose or content that infringes the rights of others (such as copyright, personal data or trade secrets),
• uploading malware or files designed to harm the Service or other people's use of it,
• trying to get around plan limits, the usage limit or security measures,
• sending automated requests that load the Service beyond ordinary use,
• copying or reselling the Service or the site's content without permission, or offering it as part of another service.

We may refuse requests that break these rules, limit use or suspend access.

Results and your responsibility

Results are produced automatically. Check that a result is correct before you rely on important documents. The scan tool finds the edges of the document automatically; check the detected edges in the preview and adjust them if needed. Password-protected or damaged files may not be processed.

Changes to the Service and interruptions

We may improve the Service, add or remove tools and suspend the Service temporarily. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that results will be fit for a particular purpose. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or, if you paid nothing, to EUR 50. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence) or your mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The site, the software and the DocsWO name belong to us or our licensors. Photos on the site are used under the Unsplash licence. These Terms give you no rights other than permission to use the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To have your account deleted, write to info@docswo.com from the email address on your account. If you seriously breach these Terms, we may restrict or end your access.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Bulgarian courts at our registered office have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and the remedies they give you (including going to the courts or consumer dispute bodies where you live) are not affected.

Changes to these Terms

When we change these Terms, we update the date and version at the top and publish the new version at this address. We will also announce significant changes on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
